The most convenient way to generate and export QC data

Every ViscoQC includes the V-Collect PC data collection software. As ViscoQC 100 doesn’t store any data, results are directly exported or printed via the Brother QL-700 label printer after each test. ViscoQC 300 has memory space for up to 999 measurements with up to 10,000 sub-measurements on 150 MB. Additionally, it’s possible to print and export data as PDF, CSV, page printer (USB or network), or label printer. For automated data export, ViscoQC 300 can be integrated into your network via Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) or FTP Server. Press-O-Film (POF) consists of a layer of crushable plastic microfoam coated onto a polyester film of highly uniform thickness.

When compressed against a roughened material, Press-O-Film accurately replicates details of its surface roughness.

The “GELNORM – PVN-1” equipment consists of a control unit, a stand and a motor driven test rod. The instrument is used to measure Gel Time using two measuring methods based on DIN EN ISO 2535.

The instrument is used to measure the time required for a defined formula material (resin, accelerator, initiator), to reach a viscosity of 50 Pa*s under defined conditions.
A rod made of glass, delrin or aluminium, immersed to a defined depth is rotated in the specimen. The procedure is provided with an automatic release device for the specimen, which is held in a beaker or in a test tube.

A precision manually operated instrument for producing realistic, high quality flexographic proofs. Applications include colour proofing for both customer approval and spectrophotometer colour analysis readings. Use of a doctor blade enables the proofing of all flexo inks, including high viscosity, UV curing. Both steel and ceramic anilox rollers are easily interchangeable. Spring loaded pressure control for ease of use and repeatability.

The Esiproof consists of a precision engineered unit in which the anilox roller, EPDM rubber roller and doctor blade are easily located. The substrate to be proofed is placed onto a flat, hard surface. A few drops of ink from a pipette are dropped into the ink reservoir formed by the doctor blade. The unit is then pulled over the substrate to produce a proof. Proofs up to 1 metre long and 70mm wide can be made.
